The DM556 DSP-controlled digital two-phase hybrid stepper motor driver is compatible with four-wire, six-wire, and eight-wire two-phase hybrid stepper motors with phase currents up to 5.6A and outer diameters of 42, 57, 60, and 86mm. It allows for setting various microsteps up to 128 and various currents up to 5.6A. Internally, it incorporates a dedicated motor control algorithm, enabling the application of appropriate operating parameters for different motors, resulting in extremely smooth motor operation with minimal vibration and noise. Built-in overheat, overcurrent, and overvoltage detection protects the driver for stable operation.
Suitable for various motion control automation equipment and instruments, such as 3D printers, laser processing equipment, engraving equipment, medical equipment, measuring equipment, electronic processing equipment, and textile and garment equipment. It is the preferred choice for applications where users expect low vibration and low noise, offering a highly competitive price-performance ratio.
